I love working with investors and have a deep understanding of the rental real estate market.  I have helped many clients build a portfolio of rental properties, creating another stream of income. We have several loan options available to relieve the burden of needing tax returns or rental management experience. It's never been easier to start buying rental properties!

While I mainly focus on real estate purchases, I am also available to help any clients with refinancing. Clients may need help with divorce buy-outs, cash out refinances, estate property transfers, reverse mortgages, or any reason to tap in property equity.  I have earned a reputation as a problem solver because I am able to think outside the box to get things done.
